None for Me: The Book
I’m excited to share that I’m working on a book titled None for Me. This project has grown out of the stories and strategies I’ve shared here on The Sober Founder blog and is designed to be a practical guide for anyone navigating the journey of sobriety.
None for Me goes beyond inspiration—it’s about the strategies that work. After years of trying to get sober, I uncovered methods and mindsets that made lasting sobriety possible. This book gathers those hard-earned lessons into one place, providing a straightforward, actionable approach to living a sober lifestyle.
If you’ve found value in the articles here on The Sober Founder, you’ll find even more practical insights and tools in None for Me.
What You’ll Find in None for Me
This isn’t a clinical guide. It’s a practical handbook for getting out of the grips of addiction and reaching the point where you can confidently say, “none for me.” To give you a sense of what’s inside, here’s the table of contents:

Oddly enough, None for Me also applies to my life as an entrepreneur. Building a business often requires sacrifice—learning to say “no” to distractions, unnecessary expenses, or even personal comfort for the greater good of your team and your vision. It’s about putting others first, whether that means serving your customers or supporting the people who work alongside you. While this book will focus on sobriety, the principles of sacrifice and discipline that I’ve discovered resonate just as much in my journey as a founder.
